I met meghna almost 8 months after the birth of my son. I was 8 kgs overweight, sleep deprived, trying to get my head around my new life. Before my son was born, I was an ambitious working woman, climbing the corporate ladder steadily and confidently. One fine day I got the news that I was expecting. I was very happy but I had a very difficult pregnancy as I was on bed rest for most of my pregnancy, in the mean while I had taken leave from work and my husband used to travel often because of his work commitments. This affected me physically, mentally and emotionally. I was going through post-parturm depression when I met Meghna.

It has been almost six months that I have been following your diet counselling. Your diet program has given me exactly I was expecting from you as a mentor. I still remember you saying that you are willing to help me achieve my fitness goals, provided I give my 100 % percent commitment to your guidelines. The reason I joined your program is because I was very impressed by looking at you on a daily basis. what I mean is you have great energy levels, you manage your young kids so beautifully, managing a career along with a family and that too with such energy levels, never looking tired, is truly remarkable. You are also so well maintained, so all these things inspired me to join your diet sessions.
