Watermelon Cranberry Punch!!!
1 Fresh watermelon cut into pieces
200 ml cranberry juice (organic if possible and with no added sugar)
Watermelon is very hydrating in the summers as it 92% water. Watermelon is also high in antioxidants that help combat various lifestyle diseases.
- ½ lemon
- Mint leaves
Blend the watermelon, cranberry juice and lemon in the blender pour in the glass and decorate with mint leaves and keep to chill. Consume immediately.

- 1 cucumber
- 1 Apple
- ½ Beet root
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ inch turmeric
Wash and cut all produce. Juice and enjoy!
Muskmelon (cantalop) and watermelon juice
